This Privacy Policy explains how ANUNZI LLC (“ANUNZI”, “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your personal information when you interact with our websites, enrol in the Become a QA Engineer Boot Camp (the “Bootcamp”), join our mentoring sessions or otherwise use any of our services (collectively, the “Service”).

Directly from you when you fill out web forms, make a purchase, join Slack or contact us.

Through service providers such as Stripe (payment), Slack (community), Google Workspace (e‑mail & storage), Notion (learning resources).

Where users reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of protection for data transferred to the USA.
We will disclose personal data if required to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ANUNZI, our users or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for two (2) years from the end of the Bootcamp or last interaction, whichever is later, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After this period data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
Restrict or object to certain processing activities;
Port your data to another provider;
Withdraw consent at any time for marketing e‑mails.

8. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures such as TLS encryption, role‑based access control, secure passwords and staff training to protect your data. No system is 100 % secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Because we are based in the United States your data will be processed in the USA. By using the Service you consent to this transfer. For EEA/UK users we rely on SCCs as described above.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
