Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) carefully before purchasing or using any of the training programs, mentoring sessions, professional services, community access, or content (collectively referred to as the “Service”) offered by ANUNZI LLC (“ANUNZI,” “the Company,” “we,” or “our”) through the domains and websites operated by the Company.
By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Service, you (“the Student,” “you”) agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
The Service includes:
The “Become a QA Engineer Boot Camp” program (the “Bootcamp”), an 18-week intensive online training in English.
Mentoring and live sessions with the lead instructor (Clara Ramos González) and guest professionals.
Access to a private Slack community, downloadable materials, class recordings, projects, and practice tools.
Any other testing or consulting services provided by Clari or the ANUNZI team to the Student.
Access to content and the community is granted only during the official duration of the Bootcamp unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Eligibility and Minimum Age
The Service is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years or older who are legally capable of entering into contracts. By enrolling, you declare and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Main currency: US Dollar (USD). Payments may be processed in Euros (EUR) or other currencies equivalently.
Current prices:
One-time payment with discount: USD 2,997 (taxes included).
6 monthly installments without interest: USD 583 each (total USD 3,497).
Regular price for future editions: USD 5,400.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other options available at checkout.
Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes.
Late payment fees: A 10% surcharge will apply to any overdue installment not paid on the agreed date.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Students may request a refund before the start of the second live class of the Bootcamp.
Requests must be sent via email to [email protected], including the reason and enrollment details.
Once approved, ANUNZI will issue the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used at checkout.
Enrollment is non-transferable to another person or future editions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, recordings, downloadable materials, brands, logos, and know-how are the intellectual property of ANUNZI LLC and/or Clara Ramos González. The Student receives a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the materials solely for educational purposes.
It is strictly prohibited to download, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, or publish any content without the Company’s written authorization.
7. Student Conduct
Students must behave in a kind, professional, and respectful manner in all interactions (classes, Slack, forums, emails).
Prohibited actions include: insults, discrimination, spam, illegal content, harassment, or any act disrupting the course.
Disciplinary process:
First offense → written warning.
Recurrence or serious misconduct → immediate expulsion without refund.
8. Tools and Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Postman, SQL databases). By using the Service, the Student also accepts the terms and policies of those third parties. ANUNZI is not responsible for any failures, outages, or changes in their services.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Bootcamp is designed to provide training and professional guidance; it does not guarantee employment.
The Student is responsible for how they use the knowledge acquired and the outcomes derived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANUNZI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
10. Data Protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these T&C.
11. Modifications
ANUNZI may update these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or prominently on the website and will take effect from the date specified. Continued use of the Service after such date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that State, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
